tiketjp Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the relationship between tiketjp and users who access and use the platform's services. Please read all of these terms carefully before registering or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by tiketjp through the website tiketjp.club, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of platform tiketjp.
If you do not agree with one or more sections of these terms, you are not permitted to register, log in, or use the platform's services in any form. Continued use of the services after an updated version of the terms has been published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The services of tiketjp are intended solely for adult users who are at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Account Creation, Security, and Account Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the tiketjp platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identities, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as it appears on your official identification, an active email address, and a valid phone number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC) purposes, which must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
Account security is entirely the responsibility of the user. You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with anyone under any circumstances. All activity carried out through your account, including bets and financial transactions, is considered to have been performed by the account holder. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
tiketjp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account of any user found to be in violation of these terms, misusing the service, engaging in fraudulent activity, or taking actions that are harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be subject to freezing in accordance with applicable policy.
3. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using the services of tiketjp, users must comply with all applicable regulations and are not permitted to use the platform for any purpose that violates the law, including money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots) to place bets is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using their account for the benefit of third parties, engaging in bet arbitrage that conflicts with platform policy, or participating in betting patterns that indicate abuse of the bonus system. Violations of these rules may result in the cancellation of winnings and account closure.
Content uploaded, submitted, or shared through the platform must not be offensive, discriminatory, or infringe on the rights of others. tiketjp reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice to the user concerned.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the tiketjp platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits can be made via a variety of available local payment methods, including digital wallets and bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen method and are subject to change at any time.
Withdrawals can only be processed after identity verification (KYC) has been completed and all platform-defined requirements have been met. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet details provided for withdrawal purposes are accurate and registered under the same name as the tiketjp account. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or delayed.
Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method and verification status. All estimates shown on the platform are approximate (typical) and are not guaranteed completion times. tiketjp is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Users must report to the support team if there is an unrecognized transaction or an error occurs during the payment process. Claims submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date may not be eligible for processing.
5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property Rights
tiketjp provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranty regarding the uninterrupted operation, availability, or accuracy of the information displayed. The platform is not liable for financial losses arising from betting decisions made by users, technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, or temporary unavailability of services due to system maintenance.
Under no circumstances will the cumulative liability of tiketjp to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the 30 days preceding the claim. Users waive any right to claims for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of anticipated profits.
All content found on the tiketjp platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of tiketjp or its licensing partners. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without the written consent of tiketjp.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational or supplementary service purposes. tiketjp is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites. Access to external links is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
tiketjp reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without any obligation to provide individual notice to each user. Changes will be published on this page with a revised update date. Users are advised to check this page periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of tiketjp services after the date on which changes are published constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms. If a user does not agree with the changes made, they have the right to discontinue use of the services and close their account in accordance with the applicable procedure.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved through the mechanism established by the platform's management.
